Billing and payments
How payments are processed and what charges look like.
Statement descriptor
Charges appear as CLAPPE.COM on credit card or bank statements. This is the billing name used by our payment processor for all ClapMed subscription charges.
Payments handled by Stripe
Payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant payment processor. ClapMed does not store full card details.
Affiliated billing entity
Billing and subscription management is handled by Clappe.com on behalf of ClapMed.
