Using ClapMed.
When you access ClapMed, you agree to use it as the clinical software it is designed to be. You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, work around its security controls, or use it in ways that violate applicable law or the rights of others.
Accounts and access.
Your clinic is responsible for the accounts it creates and the access it grants. Keep your sign-in credentials private, use two-factor authentication where it is available, and contact your clinic administrator if you suspect your account has been compromised.
Your content.
The clinical content stored in ClapMed belongs to the clinic that creates it. ClapMed processes that content to provide the service. We do not use clinical content to train third-party AI models. The AI features that read clinical content run inside the deployment.
Service availability.
We work hard to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance windows, incidents, and upstream provider issues can affect availability. We aim to communicate proactively when they do.
Limits of liability.
ClapMed is provided as a tool to support clinical workflows. It does not replace clinical judgment. Decisions about patient care remain the responsibility of the clinician. Where the law allows, we limit our liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes.
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we do, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify clinics that have an active deployment.
